General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 299bet platform and all related services. By creating an account on 299bet or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 299bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its own discretion. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Registration

To open an account on 299bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, address, mobile number, and other personal details provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.

Subsection 1 — One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and 299bet reserves the right to withhold the associated funds.

Subsection 2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

To withdraw amounts above a specified limit, or at any time upon the platform's request, the user may be required to submit a certified copy of a national ID card or passport, proof of residence, and documentation of the payment method used. Failure to submit the required documents may result in withdrawal or bonus activation being placed on hold.

Subsection 3 — Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact customer support immediately.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The minimum age to participate on the 299bet platform is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may register or take part in betting and casino activities on this platform. The platform's decision on age verification is final.

In addition, participants on the platform must not be residents of any jurisdiction where online gaming and betting activities are explicitly prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with any applicable local laws.

• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

Minimum Amount

Withdrawal Timeframe

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (i.e. ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000).

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — they may only be used for placing bets.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• 299bet reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If multiple accounts, abuse, or fraudulent activity are detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

Gaming and Betting Rules

The 299bet platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and cash games. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which should be checked before playing.

Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless 299bet itself conducts a review due to a technical error or event delay. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.

Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or other technical reason, a decision will be made based on 299bet's investigation. 299bet is not responsible for issues with the user's internet connection.

Prohibited Activities

• Bonus abuse or bonus cycling.
• Use of software bots or automated betting tools.
• Collusion (coordinated manipulation across multiple accounts).
• Attempting to breach or damage the platform's security systems.
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards other users.

Responsible Gaming

299bet believes that online gaming and betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We advise users to play within their means. The platform strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all players.

Account Suspension and Closure

A user may request the closure of their account at any time through customer support. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

299bet may temporarily or permanently close a user's account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• The user's own request or self-exclusion application.

After account closure, any legitimately withdrawable funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, though this may be on hold while an investigation is ongoing.
