299bet VIP — Five-Level Rewards Program from Bronze to Diamond
Earn direct cashback every week based on your play. The 299bet VIP program is a straightforward, transparent rewards system for regular players — no complexity, no hidden conditions.
Five VIP Levels and Their Weekly Cashback Rates
The 299bet VIP program has five levels in total. At each level, a fixed percentage of the week's net loss is returned as cashback. Below are the name and maximum cashback rate for each level:
Bronze
0.3%Maximum Weekly Cashback
The first step of the VIP journey — for regular players.
Silver
0.6%Maximum Weekly Cashback
The level above Bronze — with double the cashback benefit.
Gold
0.9%Maximum Weekly Cashback
A popular mid-level tier — balanced rewards.
Platinum
1.2%Maximum Weekly Cashback
Exclusive benefits for high-level players.
Diamond
1.5%Maximum Weekly Cashback
The highest level — best cashback rate and top priority.
The cashback rate at each level represents the maximum limit for that level. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss.
How Weekly Cashback Works
Cashback means getting back a fixed percentage of your net loss — that is, total losses minus total winnings for the week. Simply put, if your total bets end in a loss for the week, a portion of that loss is returned to your account based on your VIP level.
For example, suppose you are at the Gold level and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000. The maximum cashback rate at Gold level is 0.9%. Then:
৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback — that is the maximum you can receive at Gold level for that week. This amount is added directly to your 299bet account.
How to Move Up to a Higher Level
The 299bet VIP program does not set a fixed turnover or deposit count — level upgrade decisions are based on your overall activity and consistency. The more active you are and the longer you play on 299bet, the sooner you get the opportunity to reach a higher level.
Regular Participation
Playing games regularly — daily or weekly — keeps your VIP profile active.
Participation Across Game Categories
Slots games, cricket betting, or live casino — play in any category and it counts toward your VIP activity.
Automatic Evaluation
Your activity is reviewed on a regular basis, and you are automatically moved to a new level once you meet the upgrade criteria.
Maintaining the Highest Level
Once you reach Diamond level, staying active keeps those benefits going.
What Exclusive Benefits VIP Members Receive
Beyond weekly cashback, 299bet VIP members enjoy a number of exclusive benefits. These benefits expand as your level increases:
The support team assists VIP members in both Bengali and English 24/7, and requests from higher-level members are processed faster.
VIP members get access to new offers and special promotions on the site before others.
Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes — and the process is even smoother for VIP members.
Higher-level VIP members receive opportunities from time to time to participate in special events and tournaments.
VIP members can use all payment methods — minimum deposit ৳100 and minimum withdrawal ৳500.
Bonuses and Other Benefits Alongside VIP
Joining the 299bet VIP program also lets you take part in other promotions on the site. As a new member, you can get a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000 — with a 10x wagering requirement. That means if you deposit ৳1,000, you get ৳2,000 in bonus and your total balance becomes ৳3,000, but to withdraw the bonus amount you need to wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
In addition, multiple regular promotions including weekly deposit rewards, slots festival bonuses, and Friday specials are also open to VIP members. These benefits may also apply when playing live casino games at 299bet Casino.
If you want to play on mobile, Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. VIP cashback also applies to any card game including Callbreak.
Play Responsibly — Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
VIP cashback is a rewards system, but it should never be a reason to play more or beyond your limits. Playing outside your budget in hopes of earning cashback is not a sound decision — because cashback is always much less than the loss.
If you feel your play is getting out of control, read 299bet's responsible gaming guidelines right away. They include various ways to set limits for yourself. You can find answers to common questions about VIP and cashback in the site's FAQ section.
299bet is committed to ensuring safe, responsible gaming at all times. The site has SSL protection enabled and the support team provides 24/7 live chat and email assistance in both Bengali and English.
This site and VIP program are for individuals aged 21 and above only.
